Dr:AMBEDKAR

Ambedkar was an Indian leader he played an eminent role while framing Indian constitution. Dr.babasaheb ambedkar has grown from nothing and he born at a very poor family but b r ambedkar achieved and proved an ideal life for the world. He was also called babasaheb ambedkar and this post explains fully about dr ambedkar life and his achievements.

Dr Ambedkar was born on 14^th April 1891. His full name was bhimarao Ambavadekar, when he was studying at school suffered a lot from "UNTOUCHABILITY", he could not sit with other students of the class. He has to drink water when others poured for him and even then he had to cover mouth with one hand. Dr Ambedkar passed matriculation examination when he was only 17 years old.  The same year his marriage with Ramabai was celebrated. Dr. Ambedkar passed his intermediate examination from Elphistone College and he obtained BA degree in 1912. The Maharaja of Baroda sent Ambedkar to America for higher education, when in America he experienced a new life there were no Untouchability.

          He obtained MA and PhD Degrees from America and he returned to India on 21st august 1917.Ambedker was given a high post Baroda. But he feel very much Untouchability even while working, even the servants in the office would not hand over the files to him, they threw the files at him. No one give water to him. Ambedker left to London for higher studies in 1922.Ambedkar became a barrister and next year he comes back to India and he started fighting against untouchability. Ambedkar became the first minister of law in independent India. 

           On 29th august 1947, a committee was constituted for frame the constitution of India. He was chosen as its chairman. The constituent assembly accepted the draft in India constitution on 26th November 1949. In 1952, he was defeated by a congress candidate in the election for Loksabha. The entire country was shocked, soon after this defeat he elected as a Rajya sabha member. On 6th December 1956 he breathed his last; Thousands of people witnessed hi funeral procession and expressed their sorrow and admiration.
