India has been celebrating teacher’s day on 15th September since 1962. The day memorizes birth day of Dr.s. Radakrishnan, philosopher and great teacher of excellence and his contributions towards Indian education. Dr: S.Radakrishnan believed that "A TEACHER SHOULD BE THE BEST MIND IN THE COUNTRY”.
On this day Indians gratefully remember the real educationalist apart from honouring all the teachers that have made our lives, much knowledgeable and fulfilled as serving as all beacons of life, The teachers day is very much important for all the people India, teachers acts as the foundation for creating responsible citizens and good human beings. It is impossible to imagine lives without teachers. They are the constructors of our future.
Teacher’s day is celebrated to show our acknowledgement and recognition. All the child work put in by our teachers towards our development. So the teacher’s day will be one of the precious days for the all students and they are celebrating teacher’s day by giving valuable gifts for the teachers.
